It’s Sunday again, and time for another Sunday the Currently.

It’s been chaotic recently and i almost did not have the time to do this post, but please bear with me. I have some news!

Currently Studying

Driving! I recently enrolled in a driving school to finally learn how to drive. Actually, I know how to drive. I used to have a driving license, until I figured in a car accident (semi-minor, nobody got hurt except my ego) and since then, i just stopped driving. But I guess it’s time to grow up and literally take the wheel once again, so here I am.

The Driving Manual! Yeah, I know, I know. I’m a nerd, sue me! But I need to pass my theory test before the driving school can even so much as let me sniff a car, so a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do!

Currently Watching

Lecture videos from my Driving School! Hahaha! Kidding! Well, no, not really. I Have 8 hours of online lecture to complete before I can even take the theory, so I’m trying to find the time to sit the lectures…

But seriously, how can I even focus when Netflix just dropped season 2 of the Politician?! I cannot not watch my beloved Ben Platt on Opening Weekend! 🙂 Also, there’s a lot of new series and movies on Netflix right now and top of my list to re-watch is all the seasons of Modern Family that has just recently been uploaded! Oh my gosh. This is huge!

Another thing I am looking forward to is Apple’s keynote event tomorrow, WWDC 2020 which will be completely online for the first time, due to the CoVID19. I’m looking forward to the updates, especially if they announce some awesome hardware. Apple rarely announce hardware on WWDC, but we are due for a new Apple Watch! I really think they’ll announce one tomorrow and all I can say is come to mommah! I need me a new smart watch.

Ben & Ben’s Lifetime. I stumbled upon this song, and fell in love with the song. The song is a big what might’ve been but the chords are beautiful. The lyrics goes something like:

I was scared to lose you then
But secrets turn into regrets

Was there a lifetime waiting for us in a world where I was yours?
Was it the wrong time, what if we tried giving in a little more
To the warmth we had before?

There’s something just so sad and yet so beautiful in the message of the song. Since then, I have been googling them like crazy and I am obsessed.

On the Legal Pages of EllaLand.blog. I’ve recently updated the disclaimer and the fair use policy and I am currently working on the privacy policy. Maybe I’ll have the time to upload something by next week, cross your fingers! 🙂

Currently Loving

My skin. I think my skin is healing from all the stress of the past few years, yes, years. Towards the end of 2018 all the way to 2019, I felt like my skin has not been the best. I really felt ugly on the inside and it was showing on my face. I was so stressed, my pores were so huge and I’ve had the most horrible acne and face demons that just would not go away without lasting scars and bumps. But recently i felt like everything is falling into place, I’m finally recovering from the stress of the past years and I’m in my moment. Just look at my skin here! Would you believe me if I told you I didnt have any foundation or concealer on? Well, i didn’t all i have on is a tinted sunblock from Kiehl’s.

Currently Eating

I am loving this “Adobowl” it’s just pork adobo on a bed of hot white rice and boiled egg. And before you ask, Adobo is just pork (preferably pork belly) stewed garlic, black pepper and soy sauce. This thing is amazing. And now my house smells like the peppery garlicky divine goodness of a properly cooked adobo!
